- Drive Folder with All Documents for Welcome Phase – Use [email protected] email address to access all of the “Welcome Phase” documents
Tasks
- ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ IMPORTANT – This starts the emails. Add AC Tag – Go to https://radiatewp.com/ac/ (must be logged in) and add the client’s email and then click the Client Project Stage: Welcome.
- Receive Signed Agreement
- Setup Billing
- Send a handwritten thank-you note
- Add client to CRM and tag everything accordingly
- Create Proposal ID # and add to CRM. Use the last two digits of the year and then the number added is how many proposals created that calendar year. (ie. In the year 2022, the 4th proposal created would be Proposal #2204)

A. To clients
- Email Welcome and Next Steps – AC
- Schedule Kick-off Call – AC
- Reminder to Schedule Kickoff – Helpscout Saved Replies
B. Automation Notifications to RWP
- IF the client does not schedule the welcome call, we get a notification email to the Helpscout email telling us to send them a reminder.
- At the end of the Welcome phase, we also get an email to the help@rwp email telling us to add a tag to end the welcome phase.
