Tasks

  • ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ IMPORTANT – This starts the emails. Add AC Tag – Go to https://radiatewp.com/ac/ (must be logged in) and add the client’s email and then click the Client Project Stage: Exit. 
  • Conduct Website Training
  • Write and send Thank you Card
  • Screenshot the final website at desktop, laptop (smaller desktop), horizontal tablet, vertical tablet, and vertical smartphone views. 
  • Create the project imagery for portfolio / case study use. 
  • Write the project portfolio entry or case study. (Associated with email #7 below) 
  • Update your portfolio with this project.
  • Let the client know that their project has been added to your portfolio. (After 
  • Share your new portfolio entry across all social media channels. 

Website Training Call

The website training is done in two phases: 

  1. The client watches the WordPress training videos BEFORE the training call. This teaches them the basics of using WordPress. The videos can be found at https://radiatewp.com/wordpress-101-course/. This page is password protected and the password is “Rad8_Positivity”. This information is given to the client in multiple emails. It is also included in a separate Help Scout Document
  2. The training call is conducted with the assumption that the client(s) have already viewed the WordPress Training Videos and so the training is specific to the unique functionality of their specific website. If you get on the call and they have not viewed their videos, use the script at the bottom of this page. Reschedule the call and encourage the client to use this hour to watch the videos now and then we will do the training after they have watched the videos.
