- Go to the client site websites and click the name of the website where you want to add support
- On the next screen you will see support hours and block hours, among other things – click on the edit button
- Make sure you add any existing hours to the support hours they purchased so they don’t lose any time. For example:
- if the hours were 0.5 and they purchased 10 block hours, then change it to 10.5 (i.e. 0.5 + 10)
- if the hours were 0, then you’d put 10 (i.e. 0 + 10)
- Add note to website under “Website Notes” for hours added and HS ticket #, if possible.
e.g. ” Added x support block hours (Ticket #xxxx)”
