Cancellation of services

There is an Asana template titled “Cancellation” with all tasks and links to properly cancel services for a client. Here’s how to get the Asana template into tasks for the website being cancelled:

1. Go to the project needing cancellation in Asana and create a new Section titled “Cancellation” at the top of all tasks/sections (leave empty)
2. Now go to Templates “Team” in Asana and click on the Cancellation template
3. Click button “Use Template” in the upper right
4. Name the Project “Cancellation – [website domain]”
5. After it completes, keep the new list of tasks open and make sure the Asana project for the website to be cancelled is visible on the left
6. Select all cancellation tasks and drag and drop them on the Asana project name for the website being cancelled (all cancellation tasks should automatically fill up the Cancellation section if it was at the top)
7. Go back to the temporary project “Cancellation – [website domain]” (it should be empty w/ no tasks) and click the drop-down next to the project name and click “Delete Project” and the “Delete” button on the popup
