Video tutorial for cleaning it up once in Help Scout

  • When they are already tagged as “Help Scout”, it means it has already been forwarded to the support board. ACTION: open the email and uncheck the “inbox” tag so it’ll just be in the “help scout” folder.

    • “[Copy – clientsite.com]” gravity form
    • Basecamp
    • Pingback
    • “[wpe-system] Deploy From Staging Complete”
    • Hubspot invites to Betsy (or other spam for Betsy)
  8. Archive (keeps for future reference)
    • Squarecash or “Cash App”
    • WP Engine Termination
    • RWP Monthly Reports
    • Uptime Robot – if you see “Monitor is DOWN: sitenamedotcom”, look in the inbox for the same sitename “Monitor is UP: sitenamedotcom” and archive both. If you cannot find the “Monitor is UP” for a certain site – I’d slack Jeremy and Carol together and let them know, then tag both jeremy and Carol on the “monitor is DOWN” email.
