Summary: Occasionally a plugin will fail to update and we will need to hunt down its license key.
1.Check with the client to see if they already own the license key. Start a help desk ticket and select “we need a new license key” under saved responses:

2. Fill in the plugin information and wait for a response from the client
3. If they want us to purchase the license key on their behalf and bill them, go to the next step ( Billing plugins/domains in stripe)
