Our Client management system has a series of “white papers” or educational documents that are “client bonuses” to assist the client.
ie. Management client decides they want to add a newsletter Opt-in. We send them the white paper called, “Anatomy of an Opt-in” and encourage them to read this thoroughly as we prepare to do this work together.
These client resources are located in a folder called ” RWP Branded Resources” inside the “PPP-Profitable Project Plan” folder which is located in the RadiateWP Biz folder on Google Drive.

- SEO Basics – This is a very good basic document for someone who is new to, and doesn’t know much about SEO.
- 100+ Questions Visitors Want Answers to On Your Website – This is a great resource during a site build. This one goes page by page through a standard website and addresses the questions that each page of your website should answer. ie. What should your home page answer? What questions should your about page answer? What questions should your services page answer? etc.
- Action Verb Resource List – This is a list of words, not really a paper. But this list is a very helpful tool to pull out when you are looking to create impactful content or attention-grabbing headlines. Not only is it organized by alphabet, but it also is categorized into areas such as “organization”, financial, technical, creative, etc.
- Anatomy of a Website – This ebook is a great reference tool for beginners that breaks down the different parts of a website. A bonus section at the end includes a glossary of website definitions and terms. This ebook is a great staple for the person who is not familiar with the structure of websites.
- Blog Post Optimization Checklist – This tool is short and to the point, giving the client key information that will help them learn to optimize a blog post. Once they have read through the document, the 1-page checklist is a great reference guide to keep on hand each time they write a blog post.
- Email Marketing Basics – This beginner’s guide has everything someone needs to understand how to get into email marketing. This book includes information about different email providers, how to do emails without sounding spammy, and suggestions on writing a good subject line.
- Get Prospects to Say Yes in One Sentence – Learn the secret formula to use that describes the business, the ideal client, the differentiating factor, and the call to action. Use this formula to craft the perfect elevator pitch and value proposition.
- Hire the Right Partner – This tool will be used more with prospects as a lead generation resource to help clients know what to expect from a web development process and more importantly, what to look for when hiring the right web development partner.
- How to Use Links – This document teaches that links are more than just a URL and how to use links the right way including teaching the user how to develop a link strategy.
- Writing Killer Headlines – Headlines are attention grabbers, and this tool teaches how to write great headlines that will hold the readers’ attention.
- Anatomy of an Opt-In – Email opt-ins are an important tool for lead generation and this is a general information document that teaches a new user all about email opt-ins.
