Create a Detailed Invoice with support tasks

We provide monthly reports to our clients that list all work done in the previous calendar month. However, there are some rare occasions when a client wants a detailed invoice of all tasks performed and costs spanning over multiple months. 

Payment Information

There is a template for the detailed invoice located here. The information in the green box includes payment information and can be found in Stripe, which is linked from the list of Clients on the Client Site. Please ask in the #billing channel of Slack for assistance from the billing team if you need help. 

Task Information

Information in the red box comes from the Time Entries on the Client Site (you can also click the clock icon next to any website to filter by that website). You can filter beyond the website using the dates and task (if appropriate) and copy those tasks and paste them into the spreadsheet. Delete any data columns not in the template, as that is internal data not relevant to client.
