To get a free website audit:
- The prospective client/lead goes to https://radiatewp.com/free-site-audit/ and fills out the form.
- Once they fill out the form, one of our site audit credits is used. (We get 50 audit credits every month so we shouldn’t run out. If we do run out, it is a good problem to have and we can buy more credits).
- When they click the automated site audit, they fill in their website, keyword, name, and email.
- They get an instant report with limited info. It takes 30 seconds to a minute to process. Once completed, the report will show on their screen automatically without waiting for us to process.
- The form captures their email address in our mywebaudit system.
- Also, an auto-email is sent from mywebaudit asking them if they want a free report and 15-minute consultation. It tells them that they must send an email to [email protected] (this email comes into HelplScout) or they have to schedule a consultation with me (https://radiatewp.com/site-audit-consultation/).
- Only after they email us or schedule a consultation, do we spend any time on their audit.
- After they have requested and/or scheduled time on my calendar, we go into mywebaudit and we can manage whichever report we want to run for them. We would then run the prospective client report (aka the quick and free report that Danielle runs).
- Carol will meet with them and present the findings and let them know about management plans and full audits.
