Generating Client Monthly Reports on the Client Site

Monthly Reports typically go out on the 5th of the month. Many parts are automated, and using keyboard shortcuts allows for sending these most quickly, the process is as follows:

  1. Visit the Client Site page Add Monthly Report (also under top menu Reports > Add Monthly Report)
  2. Click Website drop-down and press Enter (proper website is auto-selected)
  3. Press Tab key (jumps to “Sent To” field)
  4. Press Enter key to send the report (all fields will be auto-filled)
  5. After report sends, click Add Monthly Report link up top
  6. Repeat steps 2-5 until all websites in drop-down are grayed out 

9/5/24Video below explains an update to the process of sending reports from 10/2/20. While the process described is still relevant, the explanations and examples are comparing to the previous process and no longer helpful. Skip those parts. 🙂
