Does RadiateWP offer hosting only service?
RadiateWP does not generally offer a hosting only option, but does so under special circumstances. Some special cases would be things like a future maintenance and support client that currently has it’s site under development and needs to host the in-progress site with us, or a standard client who has an additional website that does not have maintenance and support needs but would like to host that site with us. Please speak with Jeremy or Carol about any hosting only situations that arise.
How does a client sign up for hosting only service?
Existing cilents
If they are an existing client in Stripe we would add the hosting only plan to their existing Stripe customer subscription to keep it on the same billing cycle as an additional product.
New clients
If they are not existing clients in Stripe then they will need to sign up. We do not have a hosting only plan listed on our website but can send clients to a Stripe-hosted signup page instead and there are two options: Monthly billing and discounted Annual billing.
How much does the hosting only service cost?
The price changes periodically as we just charge the price that WP Engine charges for both monthly or annual hosting options (currently $30/mo monthly or $25/mo annual, as of June 2021).
