Setup Private Pages on Website

There are a couple of ways to do this. If you want each person to have their own login user name and password, then we need to add a membership plugin and turn your site into a membership site. The cost of this depends on the functionality that you need for this. For example, do they need to have a subscription and then their access expires after a certain time? Do you want them to have the ability to edit their profile? Do you want a tiered level of membership where certain people get a lot of info, then a lower tier gets less info? All of those questions add to the complexity of the site and it can be a significant undertaking.

the very inexpensive way to do it is that we create a page and password protect that page with one single password. The people who have the password can see the information. The downside with this is that if you want to remove “Jane Doe”, then the password for the entire page changes and everyone else is locked out until you email them the new password. But this is very simple. Do you have a page with content already on it? If so, it will take about 15 minutes for us to do this and then record a video and show you how to manage this. If we need to add the content for you, then it will take 15 minutes plus whatever time it takes to add the content. (Hard to estimate that not knowing how much content and how complex the content styling is).
