Sample Change Order Wording

While the app has most of the change order prepared, you will have to write content regarding the original scope and the changes. Please note that the original scope of work is always included in the contract which can be found in the client folder in Google Drive. It is not necessary to paste the entire Scope into this change order, only the part that is impacted by the change. Here is a some sample wording to give you an idea…

Original Scope of Work

The insertion and styling of up to 15 new recipes, or the reformatting of up to 15 existing recipes.

Changes/Additions to the Scope of Work

Originally [COMPANY NAME] was to reformat the 15 most current existing recipes on the site. You would then use those as examples to model when reformatting older posts on your own.

You are now contracting [COMPANY NAME] to insert and style 6 new recipes and reformat all 72 existing recipes, including the manipulation, optimization, and insertion of new images, completion of the recipe plugin fields, content styling, and content optimization for all recipes.
